Villa Fiorella is situated on the beach facing the small island of Piscadeddus, around 6 Km from the town of Villasimius. Although it shares an entrance with the Resort Falkensteiner, the villa is completely independent and can be found by continuing along the road to the tip of the Cape in a splendid position directly overlooking the sea.
The distinctive architectural structure of the villa is reminiscent of the ancient Sardinian buildings known as Nuraghe.
The villa has a dishwasher and washing machine, WI-FI internet connection, satellite TV and a path leading down to the private sea.
The veranda, also furnished for eating ‘al fresco’, offers a spectacular view of the sea and coast.

Accommodation (200 sq meters):
The villa consists of three bedrooms: two of which are double bedrooms while the third is a twin bedroom; living-room with fireplace and American-style kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine; bathroom with 2 showers and a second bathroom with shower.
In the internal courtyard and, therefore, isolated from the rest of the structure, there is another bedroom with bathroom that can be assigned to domestic staff.
The veranda, with a magnificent view of the sea, has a table and small wicker lounge. The splendid and very distinctive garden on the roof of the villa overlooks the surrounding coast.
The sea and small private beach below are accessed via a small reserved staircase guaranteeing complete privacy.
Other services included in the price: For stays longer than 1 week, complete cleaning of the house and change of linen on Saturdays.
Paid on site in cash: Extra change of bathroom and bedroom linen: € 25 per person.
Bed and bath linen: One set of bed and bath linen per week included in the price.
