Indoors the villa is tastefully furnished in a classic style with attention to detail. The sitting-room, with piano, and the bedrooms have air conditioning, the kitchen is well-equipped with dishwasher, electric oven, icrowave.
The villa also has Wi-Fi internet connection, a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
It is accessed via an electric gate and along an independent avenue. Maximum security is guaranteed by the night watchman service and the alarm system.
The villa is 12 Km away from Pistoia, 22 Km from Montecatini Terme and 46 Km from Florence.
There are numerous restaurants all over the area where it is possible to enjoy the excellent Tuscan cuisine.

A second living area, furnished in a rustic style with armchairs, fireplace and dining table for 6 people.
Next to this area there is a fully equipped kitchen (with electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer and table);
three double bedrooms, two of which with en suite bathroom (the first with shower and the second with shower and bathtub); one of the bedrooms leads to a twin bedroom with little privacy, suitable for children.
