The villa is located on the promontory of Capo Ceraso, in northern Sardinia, just a few steps away from some of the white sand beaches of the Parco Naturale Marino of Tavolara. It is situated in an exceptional position with a splendid view of Tavolara and the sea.
The outdoor area consists of 4000 sq. meters of Mediterranean garden divided into two parts. The upper part includes the swimming pool area, while the lower part offers direct access to the beach and to the solarium terrace overlooking the bay of Tavolara.
The large shaded terrace that runs along the entire façade of the villa includes: a lounge area with lots of comfortable seats, a dining table, an outdoor kitchen area with modern barbecue, kitchenette, ice-making machine and wine cooler.
The villa has WI-FI internet connection, air conditioning, washing machine and dishwasher, Smart TV. The furnishings have an elegant modern style and are very comfortable.
Other beautiful beaches are within easy walking distance: the Spiaggia del Pescatore is just a few hundred meters away, a 5-minute walk from the villa, it is a peaceful beach with white sand and turquoise water, well sheltered from the wind or rough seas; the Spiaggia di Porto Istana, with white sand and turquoise water, restaurants and bathing establishments.

The villa is distributed over two floors.
It is accessed via the upper floor; the entrance leads into a spacious open space with the living-room at the center. The sliding glass doors lead on to a large terrace with sea views that continue all around the villa. On one side is the kitchen with a dishwasher and all the necessary equipment, a dining area and access to the covered veranda with kitchen, table for eating al fresco and living-room; on the other side there is a double bedroom (180 x 200 bed) with ensuite bathroom and shower.
A staircase leads to the lower floor where there is a double bedroom (180 x 200 bed) with ensuite bathroom and shower and a bedroom with two single beds (which can be put together where requested) with ensuite bathroom and shower.
The garden and swimming pool can be accessed from both the first floor and the ground floor.
