The property has two levels (ground floor and lower ground floor): from the higher floor guests will enjoy a marvelous, breathtaking view.
The villa can accommodate 10 people in 5 bedrooms, each with private bathroom. Inside, the villa offers all amenities: smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime streaming services are included in the price.
Outside there is a large parking lot that can accommodate up to 6 cars, as well as a pool equipped with beach chairs and an outdoor shower.
At guests’ disposal: private pool, smart TV (Netflix/Amazon Prime), furnished outdoor area, barbecue, air conditioning.

Raised ground floor: well-equipped kitchen with living room and living area; 1 bathroom with shower and washing machine; bedroom with 2 single beds and private bathroom with shower; double bedroom with private bathroom with shower, and balcony with panoramic views. There is air conditioning available in all the bedrooms, and under floor heating.
Lower ground floor (equipped with air conditioning with mechanized fan system, and wall radiators for heating): living room (with non-functional kitchen) and WC, 3 double bedrooms (with high windows), each with private bathroom with shower.
SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is due at the time a booking is confirmed and it is not refundable. The balance is due no later than 60 days prior arrival. For bookings confirmed less than 60 days prior arrival, the full rental amount is due at confirmation.
If a booking is cancelled 60 days or less prior arrival, the full rental amount is not refundable.
Coverage for accidental damage to the property and/or furniture.
You can choose between two options:
1) Purchase the NoDep policy (198 €) to cover damages up to € 5.000,00
or
2) Pay € 15,00 per person as a non-refundable deposit to cover damages up to € 200,00 and in addition issue a pre-authorization on your credit card upon arrival of € 1.000,00 as a refundable deposit to cover damages over € 200,00. The refundable security deposit will be returned in 2 working days after check out once verified the condition of the property and its furnishings.
