The villa is located 4 Km from the town of Lisciano Niccone, on the border with neighboring Tuscany, 600 m above sea level, with a splendid view of Lake Trasimeno, which is 7 KM away, an excellent departure point for visiting the countless historic, art, cultural and gastronomic cities that surround it.
Recently renovated, the villa is immersed in the green countryside amidst olive and cypress trees. It is furnished in a traditional style and distributed over two floors. The night time areas are on the first floor. Each bedroom has a window looking directly out onto the magnificent panoramic view set around a spacious panoramic terrace with shaded areas and comfortable seating. An external staircase leads to the outdoor loggia on the ground floor which also has seating and tables. From here it is possible to access the solarium and the 15 x 5 m private swimming pool furnished with sunbeds, sunshades and outdoor bathroom, also in a panoramic position overlooking Lake Trasimeno.
The kitchen is connected to an outdoor veranda where it is possible to eat ‘al fresco’.
The villa has WI FI internet connection and air conditioning.

Lake Trasimeno with Tuoro and Passignano are just a short drive away and offer pleasant inspiration – even of a gastronomical nature – for day trips.
