Torre San Giovanni is famous for its long white beaches of incredible beauty and quality combined with a particularly blue and transparent sea with large stretches of low seabed.
Outside the tourist villages, the little hamlet does not have a historic town center, having been repopulated in the20th century, although there is a main street along which people can stroll where concerts, events and festivals are held during the summer season. It is also possible to find all the usual commercial businesses like pizzerias, bars, patisseries, restaurants and trattorias.
The villa is located around 1 km from the beaches of Torre San Giovanni and 1500 meters from the built-up area.
Recently renovated, furnished with quality pieces and all mod cons, it can accommodate a maximum of 12 people and is perfect for long family vacations.

Torre San Giovanni is a very well-known locality on the Salento coast. It has a sandy side with very famous bathing establishments like the CocoLoco and the Fontanelle lido and a low reef side which is suitable for swimming. It is also famous for its great nightlife with music on the beach and venues that stay open until late.
