This is a small town with a tourist port that is developed along a stretch of white sand, the beach of Maria Pia, with a crystal-clear sea that offers a very beautiful natural scenario: the beach is flanked by dunes, Mediterranean scrub and pinewoods.
Some parts of the beach have good amenities and also offer catering services.
The promontory of Capo Caccia with the famous Grotta di Nettuno stands out in the background.

Accommodation (350 sq meters):
The villa is distributed over two levels (ground floor and first floor, which can be reached by going up three autonomous ramps of stairs), there is a properly equipped laundry room on the floor below.
Possibility of parking 4 cars inside the property (uncovered parking space).
All the rooms in the villa, with the sole exception of the service rooms, face the sea and have large full-length windows and verandas that protect them from the summer sun and offer guests views of the beautiful panorama both inside the room and in the outdoor space reserved for the same.
The villa has 8 double bedrooms (4 on the first floor and 4 on the ground floor) with private bathroom; 3 living rooms one of which hosts the indoor dining area; 1 bathroom and 2 kitchens.
On the first floor there is a large terrace with mobile covering (around 100 sq. meters), shaded by electrically controlled awning, which directly faces the gulf and is furnished for eating al fresco.
The villa is completed by an infinity swimming pool (around 100 sq. meters) with an irregular shape.
