Villa Tuscia is an old recently restored farmhouse located near Orvieto, inside an estate of over two hundred hectares with vineyards, woods and cultivated land. From the large garden and windows it is possible to enjoy the stunning panorama which features an uncontaminated valley still exclusively devoted to farming and woodland.
The private swimming pool (6x12 m) has sunbeds and deckchairs as well as a gazebo offering shade from the sun.
Thanks to recent renovation work the Villa is equipped with modern installations: air conditioning in all the rooms, wi-fi connection with wide coverage, kitchen made in iron complete with last generation electrical appliances and a SPA with sauna, hydromassage tub, lounge area, massage room and gym.
The furnishing combines antique family pieces with others of a contemporary design giving the property a high level and harmonious esthetic quality which is particularly sleek. The kitchen is made in iron with a bold architectural project.
The night area is located on the first floor and in the attic rooms which also have large terraces and, like every part of the farmhouse, offer very special views. On the ground floor there is a dining room, living room, study, bar, the SPA and the kitchen. Outside there is a large gazebo with lounge and a big table for eating ‘al fresco’.
The small town of Castiglione in Teverina is 8 Km away and has stores for shopping while Orvieto, famous all over the world for the quality of its historic buildings and, in particular, the Duomo or Cathedral considered to be one of the most esteemed ancient churches in existence, is around 18 Km away.
The lake of Bolsena and the Thermal Baths of Saturnia are not far away. The beaches of Argentario with Porto Ercole and Porto Santo Stefano can be reached in just over one hour.
It is possible to request breakfast to be prepared as well as the presence of a chef at the villa.
