country road.
This villa is particularly well suited for family gatherings. Its
handsome stone features are characteristic of the farmhouses in Umbria
and great care has been taken with the restoration and furnishings.
The property offers a wonderful sampling of the various types of trees
indigenous to the area, thus providing many shaded areas for relaxing.
The swimming pool (10m X 5m) is located in an exceptionally panoramic
position and is enclosed. There is also a wood burning oven and barbecue. A
spacious covered porch looks over the countryside and presents a very
pleasant space for outdoor dining. The furnishings are comfortable
and rustic in style and lend themselves nicely to the character of the
house.
Pool towels are furnished (one per
person) free of charge with weekly change. Ironing facilities, one cot
and one highchair are also available.
