Villa dei Melograni provides an excellent base for visiting the hilltowns of Umbria. Assisi is just 12 km away and Perugia, Todi, Gubbio and other towns are all within an hour or less drive. From Assisi-S.Maria degli Angeli railway station it is possible to reach both Rome and Florence by train in about 2 hours.
The Villa dei Melograni estate has spacious grounds with extensive views over the countryside. There are small country roads for walking and exploring amid the cultivated fields. The large villa garden is well maintained and features many varieties of flowers and trees such as pomegranate (melograno) trees. The grounds and swimming pool are shared with the owner as is a handy barbecue. Villa dei Melograni has screens on the windows.
The rental fee is all inclusive, including heat.

be open from May 3 to September 27.
