Lake Trasimeno and Polvese Island.

spacious and enjoys a scenic surrounding of tall pines, bushes typical of this
lake region and large open green spaces. The garden
presents pleasant areas for reading and relaxing and is furnished with
outdoor furniture for al fresco dining. A convenient and well designed
brick area for the barbecue was recently built with the
new restoration.
The swimming pool (10m x 5m) with pleasant deck and pool furniture is located in a
panoramic position with views over the lake.
The sweet fisherman’s
village of Sant’Arcangelo is about 1 km away and can be reached on foot.
The road that circles the lake and joins the lakeside villages of Lake
Trasimeno passes below the property.
Villa Melissa is 140 square meters in size, has three floors and sleeps 6
people.
Ground floor: Large furnished terrace. Entrance,
open living room with sitting area and fireplace and television (local
channels), dining area, kitchen area with oven and dishwasher, WC, washing
machine. Access to other floors is via a large interior spiral staircase.
Basement Floor: Bathroom with shower.
First Floor: Two double bedrooms, one small
bedroom with a single bed and a lower extractable single bed, bathroom with
bathtub and shower, terrace.
Small pets are allowed. Independent heating.
Pool towels available for
7 Euros each/week; typical Umbrian dinner available upon request; washing machine with iron and ironing board.
