Every apartment has its independent entrance to guarantee privacy and peace to guests who stay there. A swimming pool is at guests` disposal as well as a wide garden to enjoy a beautiful panoramic view over the countryside of the Chianti Area.
At guests` disposal: equipped garden, swimming-pool (14 x 7 m - maximum depth 1,80 m) set in panoramic location, shared barbecue. WI-FI internet is available at the pool and in the common area in front of the apartments.
The upper floor of the apartment Casa Rossa 3 also provides WI-FI internet. A provincial road passes only a few metres from the villa for rent away. Parking within the grounds.
