San Montano takes its name from the village where it`s situated, lying in the residential area of Riviera San Montano 4km from Sorrento, which was once a fishing village and famous for its lemon groves. It has since become a favorite place with visitors with its lovely miniature gardens descending to the sea and the Isle of Capri forming a superb backdrop to the scene. San Montano is an apartment on the same property as Villa Bouganville, which is also in our catalogue, but has a completely independent entrance and its own outdoor areas. The apartment is equipped with satellite-TV, telephone, stereo with CD player, microwave oven, washing-machine, VHS, air-conditionning in the living-rooms and in the bedrooms, direct access to the sea with 4 deck-chairs. From the beach there is a footpath of about 1 km that leads straight to a little village on the sea called Marina della Lobra where you will find a bar and a food shop.

Private parking for 2 cars of which one is covered and 1 in the open air.
Paid on site in cash: Obligatory cleaning during the week: 3 hours a day, 2 days per week for a total of 150 Euros per week.
Bed and bath linen: One set of bed and bath linen per week included in the price.
Cots for babies under 2 yrs: Cot with bars available: free of charge.
Additional beds cost (1 available): 200 Euros per week, to be paid on the premises.
Domestic pets: Allowed: 30 Euros for final cleaning
