The property lies within a large private estate closed on three sides by a vineyard and a wood of deciduous trees, with at the center a large private swimming-pool of 7x14m perfectly equipped with all the necessary furnishings on the edge of a grove of young walnut trees. Continuing down the `Via Chiantigiani`, the main road through Chianti, after about 20 km you come to Gaiole in Chianti at the heart of the Siennese part of Chianti Classico, where you can visit some beautiful medieval castles with their ancient wine-cellars full of Chianti Classico wine. In the other direction you come to the Valdarno, a wide vale with very different countryside but just as attractive. In the town of Montevarchi you will find supermarkets and all the other services you might need, and from the railway station there are frequent trains that take 20 minutes to reach the old city center of Florence. Between Montevarchi and Incisa there are also the most famous Italian outlets, where the great fashion houses offer their products at reduced prices. There are many local restaurants offering excellent local cuisine. Florence is about 50 km away, and Siena 45 km. Less than a kilometer away are some tennis courts which the owner can book for you at reduced prices.
