Podere Casanova is a typical tuscan rural home, renovated and furnished with taste, skilfully blending old traditions and modern comfort. The house lies in a panoramic and secluded position, and from the terraces you can enjoy a splendid view over the surrounding countryside. The village of San Pancrazio, where there are food shops, is just 1 km away. The position of the house is ideal for visiting the Chianti Classico area and the art cities of Florence (25 kms) and Siena (50 kms). The house is surrounded by furnished gardens and terraces, and guests also have the use of a 6x12m swimming-pool and of a small gym with shower. The house is equipped with dishwasher, washing-machine, WIFI internet connection, satellite-TV, stereo with CD player. The external areas consist of well cared-for terraced gardens, and from the living-room there is access to a large panoramic terrace, furnished for dining outside. Nearby there are many restaurants where you can try typical tuscan cuisine, and the town of Montespertoli is well-known for the production of chianti wines and every year presents a large festival where the best wine producers of the area take part.

GROUND FLOOR: large, furnished loggia with access to the living/dining-room with fireplace and next-door kitchen, a second kitchen with professional hobs and oven, ice-producing machine and dishwasher, for those who want to organize special lunches or dinners, WC with washbasin.
FIRST FLOOR: billiard-room with living area and single sofa-bed, 1 double bedroom with balcony, 1 large double bedroom, 1 bathroom with hydromassage bathtub and shower.
SECOND FLOOR: 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with bathtub.
Paid on site in cash: Extra cleaning during the week at a cost of €10 per hour. Extra bedlinen changes €10 per person.
Bed and bath linen: One set of bed and bath linen per week included in the price.
Cots for babies under 2 yrs: Cot with bars available: free of charge.
