Villa di Rosano is an attractive farmhouse in the low hills in the countryside around Florence, surrounded by olive groves and vineyards. It was built in the 14th century as a military fort and lies in a dominating and panoramic position. A small church going back to the 11th century and a convent from medieval times are evidence of the rich history this place has witnessed. The external areas and the area around the swimming-pool are extremely pleasant and the pool is equipped with a dressing-room with a shower and a gazebo. The center of Florence can be reached in about 20 minutes by car (about 15 km).
