The countryside around Fano is characterized by gentle hills that slope down towards the sea. The old town center dates back to Roman times and objects that can be traced back to Roman times are still regularly discovered there.
The town is a well-known seaside resort and the large sandy beaches (Spiaggia del Lido and Spiaggia di Sassonia) are frequented by tourists looking not only for the seaside but also for tranquility and good local cuisine. The old town center has been restored in recent years and offers many attractions and good shopping opportunities.
Villa Emilia is about 3 km from the sea in a quiet, secluded spot: the building goes back to the beginning of the 1900s and features a sober, elegant architecture and interiors furnished with excellent quality period furniture.
The villa is equipped with: private swimming-pool (5 x 12 m) with adjacent changing-room and bathroom; a garden provided with relaxation areas, ping-pong table, a large covered veranda with barbecue; satellite TV, WI-FI internet connection, stereo with CD player, dishwasher, washing-machine, microwave oven, private parking and mosquito screens on the windows.
Close by there is a golf driving-range.
The wardens live on the premises in an independent apartment and daily cooking and cleaning services are available on request.
The beaches are all well-equipped and sun-shades and deck-chairs can be booked. There are bars and excellent restaurants and Fano is among the `Blue Flag` resorts (meaning that the sea is considered to be very clean). Rimini is about 50 km away, Ancona 40 km, while just a few kilometers away you will find the Riviera del Conero and the city of Urbino, one of the pearls of the Renaissance.

21 points have been identified in the garden of Villa Emilia, regular therapeutic areas, within which each plant diffuses precise energetic characteristics that act on the functionality of certain organs and systems of the human body, bestowing wellbeing and health on whoever chooses to spend some time in these pleasant and relaxing surroundings.
Other services included in the price: Cleaning during the week 3 hours, 1 time per week for a total of 3 hours per week. Towels for the swimming-pool.
