The apartment lies in an elegant old Palazzo, which was once the seat of the embassy of the Dukedom of Milan, in a quiet little side street full of buildings of architectural interest in the old city centre of Florence, just a few minutes walk from the Piazza del Duomo and from the Ponte Vecchio. The apartment is on the second floor (without lift, up 65 steps) and the large windows of the living area offer a fantastic view over the roofs of the city and of the tower of the Palazzo Vecchio. Its special layout and size, with large living areas and the bedrooms which you reach via the winding internal stairs in serena stone, is typical of the elegant apartments in the old city centre and allows guests to breathe in the unique and special atmosphere of a real florentine home. There a wide spaces in the living areas, full of light and furnished in an original and elegant way: the large living room has a loft with studio area and TV room (plasma satellite TV and stereo), the kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, large fridge with freezer, oven and microwave. The bedrooms are arranged on several levels and two of them have en-suite bathroom, and from the twin bedroom the panorama overlooks the other side, with the Basilica of Santa Croce emerging through the roof-tops. We remind you that the old city centre of Florence has traffic limitations and that parking is only allowed in private garages (which can be booked in advance).

SECOND FLOOR: entrance into a large living-room with panoramic windows and a stair leading to an open loft with a satellite-TV room and studio corner; from the living-room a corridor leads to the dining-room with panoramic windows, inhabitable kitchen (dishwasher, fridge with ice-maker) with large panoramic windows and a stair leading to a loft with laundry, living-room with TV (with access also from the main living-room), 3 steps lead to a bathroom with bath-tub, another 4 steps lead to a double bedroom (mansard) with en-suite bathroom with shower; another 8 steps lead to a double bedroom (which opens onto the dining-room, but is secluded) with en-suite bathroom with shower; another 12 steps lead to a twin bedroom with panoramic french windows looking over the roofs and Santa Croce.
Paid on site in cash: Obligatory cleaning during the week: 4 hours a day, 2 days per week for a total of 80 EUROS per week.
