Typical stone farmhouse set in the heart of Chianti Classico in the vicinity of Radda in Chianti. It has recently been renovated with great care and provided with all modern comforts. The Villa is perched upon an isolated hilltop in a fine panoramic position, with a view ranging over the surrounding valleys and vineyards as far as the picturesque Castello di Albola, an ancient fief of the Grand Duchy of Tuscany. The house is equipped with air-conditioning, Wi-Fi internet connection, satellite TV and stereo, DVD player, ceiling fans in the first-floor bedrooms and a floor fan in the ground-floor bedroom. In the garden there is a fine 6 x 12 m heated swimming pool and a pleasant panoramic outdoor area furnished with minibar and a gazebo. Shops of all kinds and restaurants can be found in Radda in Chianti, just 5 km away. Siena is 35 km away, Florence 45 km. Both art cities can be easily reached by car in 40/50 minutes. Florence airport is 60 km away. There are tennis courts 5 km away, and stables at 10 km, while the nearest golf course is 35 km away. There is also a shaded car park within the property.
On arrival the owner will offer guests a simple welcome buffet featuring typical local produce.

FIRST FLOOR: 1 double bedroom (beds can be separated); bathroom with shower and whirlpool bathtub; 1 double bedroom;1 bathroom with shower and whirlpool bathtub; windowed veranda equipped with sauna, and whirlpool bathtub for 6 people; 1 small room with tanning shower for 2 people.
Paid on site in cash: Electricity included up to 250 kW per week. Electricity in excess of 250 kW to be paid for on site according to consumption. Home help and cook may be requested at the time of reservation.
