The property consists of a large historic villa where, in addition to the apartment where the owners live, on the ground floor you will find the large apartment that makes up our offer. In an annexe adjacent to the villa there is a second unit that is also available. The property is situated in a splendid location amidst the hills, surrounded by a large and beautiful garden where you will also find a large irregular-shaped swimming pool of approx. 20 x 20 m, which due to the maximum depth of 3.8 m, children must always be accompanied by an adult. We are located just outside Florence and in fact, you can easily reach the old city centre in just 10 minutes by car or bus. Both the units have private, furnished outdoor areas. Mandatory weekly cleaning.
