This beautiful farmhouse, which has been recently renovated and tastefully furnished, is situated in the heart of the Tuscia of Viterbo, a splendid area just north of Rome (120 km), offering a lot in terms of nature and culture. The farmhouse is in fact near numerous centres rich in history and monuments, for example the city of Viterbo (20 km) with its medieval centre and the famous thermal baths of Papi, the park of monsters of Bomarzo, open everyday, Tuscania, Montefiascone, also famous for its typical white wine and Bagnoregio. Also Orvieto and the Umbria region are not far. In the large garden, amidst the olive trees, you will find a swimming pool (6x12 m) where you can pleasantly relax. Near the swimming pool is a small country room with sink and changing room. The medieval village Roccalvecce, where you will find the nearest grocery shop, is only 1.5 km from the house. Graffignano with all kinds of shops is 5 km away.
