This pleasant and elegant apartment, which has been recently renovated and tastefully furnished with great care, is just a few meters from Piazza San Marco and the Palazzo Ducale and the Bridge of Whispers. Thanks to its strategic position you can easily reach all the most important tourist and cultural spots in the city and at the same time truly immerse yourself in the life of this ancient city, in particular during the festivals or historic events that take place here. For example, the Redentore which is one of the festivals most heartfelt by the Venetians and thanks to its phantasmagoric nighttime firework display it attracts thousands of visitors, or the Carnevale, which brought back a few decades ago, has become an event that you can`t miss. SECOND FLOOR: living/dining-room with double sofa bed and satellite TV with adjacent kitchen with oven, freezer and dishwasher, 1 bathroom with shower, from the living-room by going up a spiral staircase you access a small double bedroom, which can also be converted into a twin bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower. Wardrobe created under the eaves and with a ceiling height of approx. 150 cm.
Bed and bath linen: One set of bed and bath linen per week included in the price.
Cots for babies under 2 yrs: Cot with bars available: free of charge.
Domestic pets: Not allowed
Final cleaning: 80 Euros
