The kitchen, which is panoramic, has an ultra-modern induction cooker, steamer, induction wok, two fridges, espresso machine and dishwasher.
The living-room has a spacious and sunny lounge area with indoor and outdoor areas, a dining-room and a beautiful terrace with sea view, perfect for having an afternoon drink.
In the garden surrounded by olive trees and fruit trees, you will find the private swimming pool (4x7.5m) and adjacent to the pool is the patio equipped with table and deck chair.
The villa is ideal for a relaxing holiday with all the comforts.
The guests will find a welcome basket upon arrival. Chef service on request as well as extra cleaning service.

2 double bedrooms, one of which has beds that can be separated, each with en-suite bathroom, one with bathtub and one with shower.
All the bedrooms have access to the furnished panoramic terrace.
It is possible to add a single bed (suitable for a child) in two of the bedrooms (one on the ground floor and the other on the first floor) so the property can sleep a total of 14.
The whole villa is surrounded by a private garden; 2 private parking places.
Other services included in the price: Cleaning during the week 5 hours, 6 times per week for a total of 30 hours per week. Welcome basket; pool towel with weekly change; daily bath linen change; bed linen change twice a week. WiFi; on request: 2 cots and 2 high chairs for children up to 3 years of age; ice-maker. The daily cleaning service includes the cleaning of the bedrooms (there is an extra charge of 20 euro per hour for cleaning the kitchen).
