Villa Falcone is located in the village of Magognino, 4 km from Stresa, in an enchanting position with views of Lake Maggiore and the surrounding hills. Stresa offers a breathtaking scenery, the lake shore promenade is showcase lined with palm trees, flowering gardens and elegant hotel façades. Then, turning your glance to the lake, as if magically rising from the water, are the spectacular Barromee Islands (Isola Bella, Isola Madre and Isola dei Pescatori). The villa is situated on sloping terracings that face the lake, with splendid views from every spot, also at night. The garden is very well kept with flowers and tall plants and with numerous areas where you can relax.
The large swimming pool of 5x14m with spill-over edge, offers an exceptional scenographic sensation, as if the water spilled over directly into the lake. Villa Falcone is furnished with modern furnishings and is equipped with a dishwasher in the kitchen on the lower floor, washing machine, broad-band Internet connection, satellite TV, shower with hot water in the pool area, three covered garages opposite the entrance to the villa.
Magognino is a small village which fills up with people in the summer months, where you can find grocery shops, but the nearby Stresa certainly offers a wider selection. From here there are also boats which will take you to the Borromee islands, where you can visit the magnificent gardens and enchanting mansions. The local cuisine as well as the local food products, such as cheese and wine, are particularly appealing. Milan is about 90 km away, Novare 80.
