Villa Karin is situated in a residential area just before Torri del Benaco, a characteristic town on the Venetian shore of Lake Garda. The villa, which has recently been built, has modern, high-quality furnishings, all the areas are functional and comfortable and offer the following: satellite TV, Internet connection WI-FI, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, barbecue, sauna in the master bedroom, parking for 2 cars, one of which is covered, a well-equipped kitchen. Outside there are two panoramic terraces with views of the lake, one is furnished for outdoor dining and the other is furnished as a lounge, as well as a large garden with swimming pool of 6x10m. In just a few minutes by car you can reach the town of Torri del Benaco, where there are all kinds of shops, cafés and excellent restaurants.
The entire area offers a large variety of activities: pedestrian walkways that allow you to fully enjoy the beauty of the lake, water sports (sailing and surfing), tennis courts that can be easily reached, 10 and 30 minutes by car from the town, spa areas, the Vapolicella wine itinerary, the Arena di Verona is 40 km away as well as the amusement parks, Gardaland and Sealif. A true holiday for both adults and teenagers.
On request you can book a chef and a baby-sitter. On location you will receive full assistance for organizing any type of outing.

LOWER FLOOR (connected by a large spiral stairway): 1 double bedroom with private bathroom with shower; 1 large double bedroom with lounge and private bathroom with bathtub, shower and sauna.

Bed and bath linen: One set of bed and bath linen per week included in the price.
