The house, which is equipped with all the comforts and spread out over two floors, is a portion of a two-family villa, equipped with private outdoor areas of exclusive use of the guests. Very pleasant large veranda furnished for outdoor dining and equipped with barbecue. Only 100 m from the small harbour and the beautiful beach of Sampieri, with private bathing establishments and the public beach suitable for families with children. At Sampieri, which you can walk to, you will find all shops offering the basic necessities. Excellent position for visiting the famous Baroque cities of Scicli, which is only 7 km away, Modica, Ragusa Ibla and Noto, all recognized as world heritage. Sampieri is perhaps the most characteristic of the villages on the coast, with its stone houses and charming alleys, directly on the sea edge, and its typical fishing village appearance. The nearest airport is the Catania airport, which is about an hour`s drive away.

FIRST FLOOR: 1 double bedroom with balcony, 1 small double bedroom with balcony, 1 bathroom with shower.
Paid on site in cash: Extra cleaning hours at €12 an hour. Baby-sitter at €15 an hour.
Bed and bath linen: One set of bed and bath linen per week included in the price.
Cots for babies under 2 yrs: Cot with bars available: free of charge.
Domestic pets: Not allowed
