This splendid apartment, situated in one of the most panoramic areas of Positano, is located on the ground floor of a two-storey house. The apartment has been recently and tastefully renovated with great care, perfectly furnished and well equipped. The house overlooks a large terraced garden of approx. 300 m2 with a breathtaking view of the cliffs and the sea of Positano. The garden has been furnished for lounging and dining outdoors and there is also a pizza oven. There is also an external laundry room with washing machine. From the main road you access the house by following along a typical alley with40 stairs heading down to the house. On street level there is a parking space for one medium-sized car which can be used on request at a cost of €15 a day. By following along the picturesque alleys of Positano you can reach the pebble beach of Fornillo which is approx. 700 m from the house. From Positano you can organize pleasant trips to all the most important towns on the Sorrentina and Amalfi Coast both by car or by boat, using the convenient services that link these towns. Sorrento and Amalfi are 17 km away, Ravello 22 km. The important archaeological sites of Pompei and Ercolano are 35-45 km away.

Laundry room with washing machine.
Paid on site in cash: Electricity exceeding 100 km a week. Extra cleaning on request €15 an hour. Extra linen change at €60 per change.
