The interiors of the house have been divided into three pleasant, well-kept apartments that do not communicate internally between one another and which can accommodate a total of up to 14 people, offering an excellent level of privacy to groups of families or friends who want to spend a holiday together while at the same time preserving their independence.
In the adjacent hayloft, spread out over two floors with dining area, cooking area, living-room and equipped loggia is where the shared moments and communal living takes place.
You will find very nice and well-equipped outdoor areas where the swimming pool of 6x12m is located and is of exclusive use of the guests.
Barberino Val d`Elsa is approx. 1.5 km away and is where you will find grocery shops, cafés and restaurants. Whereas, Tavarnelle Val di Pesa, with all kinds of shops, is 5 km away.
This house is located right in the heart of the Chianti approx halfway between Florence (30 km) and Siena (43 km). San Gimignano, a charming town with its ancient towers, is approx. 20 km away.
The house is accessed from a private, dirt road. The house has no heating.
