Splendid 19th-century villa, situated amidst the gentle hills in a panoramic position on the Lazio-Umbria border. The villa, which is part of a large property where olive-tree groves and vineyards grow, is spread out over three floors and has a convenient lift as well as internal stairs connecting the floors.
In the back of the villa is the living-room and dining-room which open up to a large panoramic terrace with pergola, furnished with table and chairs for outdoor dining. From here you access the garden which slopes down to the swimming pool of 7x14 m, of exclusive use of the guests (1.2-3 m deep).
The pool area is nicely bordered by a large area covered with Tuscan terracotta and equipped with lounge chairs and sun-umbrellas. There is also a small kitchen, an outdoor barbecue area with table and chairs and two changing rooms each with bathroom and shower.
The furnishings are of excellent quality and for the most part consist of period pieces. Nicely and fully equipped kitchen. TV with Sky channels and broad-band Internet connection and telephone.
Inside the property and outside the fence of the villa, there is a tennis court and a five-a-side football pitch with artificial grass and shared with the guests of the 3 other villas located in the area and part of the same complex (tennis rackets and balls will be supplied on premises). The four villas offer the possibility of accommodating groups of more than 40 people.
Excellent location both for discovering the numerous villages and towns in Umbria and Lazio, as well the city of Rome, which you can reach in about an hour either by car or train.

SECOND FLOOR: lounge, 1 twin bedroom with bathroom with bathtub, 2 twin bedrooms, 1 bathroom with bathtub. From the second floor there is a small staircase that leads to the tower where there is 1 small twin bedroom with bathroom with bathtub and with very simple furnishings suitable for children.
Other services included in the price: 3 hours a day of cleaning included in the price. If the villa is rented for more than one week, cleaning on Saturday is included in the price. Welcome basket.
