Villa Silena offers the pleasures of sophisticated luxury combined with the comforts of highly advanced yet discreet technology: from the touch-screen controlled home automation system to the concealed video projector that create an extremely functional and relaxing environment, to the last generation alarm system and wi-fi connection, to the floor heating and cooling systems.
Opposite the villa there is a 400 sq. m natural salt water swimming pool. The villa has floor heating and cooling systems, wireless internet in every room, a maxi-screen in the living room, TV/DVD/Satellite and a Dolby Surround Sound Stereo System. The villa is cleaned 3 times a week for 3 hours a day, and guests are provided with 2 sets of bedroom and bathroom linen per week.
Venice is just 10 minutes away, traveling along the Pordelìo canal by private boat or taxi-boat. Boats can dock directly onto the villa’s private bridge to collect guests. The modern, fully equipped kitchen with island, enhanced by its elegant wood and stone finish, is every chef’s dream.
The airy, luminous living room, overlooked by a landing that leads to the bedrooms, has a large sliding glass door that makes the room become one with the garden and surrounding valley. The living-room, embellished by a full-wall fireplace, also contains a small library, and is the heart of the villa. Upstairs there are two attic bedrooms with exposed beams, both of which have modern, specially designed four-poster beds, and an LCD TV built into the wardrobe.
In addition to the many wines to be found in the excellent cellar, guests will also have a daily housekeeper. It is possible to request a hire car, taxi-boat, guided tours by boat or car, with or without a driver or boatman, day trips, a babysitting service, a personal shopper, beauty treatments and a private chef.
