Villa la Vista is a beautiful modern villa located in the hills that close the northern end of the city, in a very green area, the first woody area outside of Florence. This area is known as one of the most exclusive residential neighbourhoods, offering the advantage of living amidst nature (the woods around the house are inhabited by deer, pheasants, wild hares and wild bores) while at the same time being only 10 minutes by car from the centre. The villa is set inside an enormous private and fenced-in district; it is tastefully furnished, pleasant and gets a lot of sunlight. The ground floor faces with its many French doors the private garden, with a covered area furnished for outdoor dining and with the front part overlooking the city. In the garden you will also find a beautiful swimming pool of 6 x 12 m. On the first floor there is a panoramic terrace from where you can enjoy a spectacular view of all of Florence, ideal for having a drink in the evening while admiring the incredible colours of the sunset over the city and its hills. Please remember that car transit is limited in Florence in many areas and that car parks in the centre are upon payment: near the main entrance to the district (which you can walk to by passing through the green vegetation of approx. 1 km) there is a bus stop which will take you to the centre in just a few minutes.
