The origins of this splendid historical villa date back to 1427. It has belonged to the current owners since the XVIII century and is a classic example of the perfect harmony between architecture and landscape, typical of the Florentine area. The property is immersed in the greenery and tranquility of the gentle hills surrounding Florence. The villa is distributed over three floors and is tastefully and stylishly furnished, mainly using period furniture.
Outside, there are large green spaces with two dining areas arranged on opposite sides of the villa, a beautiful 6 x 12 meter swimming pool and a barbecue. In addition to the main house it is also possible to rent the completely independent annex which is around 50 meters away. The annex also has pleasant outdoor areas, particularly the terrace with facilities situated in front of the living room which offers a marvelous view of the surrounding landscape.
The second floor bedrooms have air conditioning. Florence is around 10 minutes away by car. It is easy to get to the Chianti district and Siena thanks to the highway connecting Florence to Siena, which is also around 10 minutes away by car.
For golf-lovers, the Ugolino Golf Club is around 8 km away. The owners live in a farmhouse near the villa which has a separate entrance.

Paid on site in cash: Extra cleaning, in addition to the basic service provided, is available on request, at a cost of € 15 per hour. On request, a chef can be provided (Tuscan cuisine), at a cost of € 20 per hour. A professional chef can also be provided, cost to be agreed.
Bed and bath linen: One set of bed and bath linen per week included in the price.
