Villa Cipresso is extremely comfortable and welcoming with many communal areas for guests to relax, read and talk together. It has several patios making it easy to live outdoors as much as you like, yet offers great comfort the moment you step inside. Villa Cipresso has tranquil surroundings with extensive views. The views of the valley are simply breathtaking and the property can be found at the end of a private road, providing seclusion with a gate and fenced perimeter. Children can play contentedly and safely. The swimming pool (12m x 5m) is equipped with comfortable garden furniture and barbecue. There is a patio with a dining table seating 14 for al fresco dining. Views from the swimming pool are of the classic countryside At the front of the Villa, overlooking the valley, there is another terrace with a table and chairs. You will find yourself here often looking out at the countryside. It is a tempting place to linger and store up your share of the Umbrian sun.
