The apartments are situated in an elegant old residence overlooking the spectacular Canal Grande. The numerous windows, all of which offer beautiful views of the city, make the apartments bright and airy. The apartments are pleasantly furnished in the Venetian style and have air conditioning. The residence is just a 10 minute walk away from Venice Railway Station and just a few steps away from the Strada Nova, the nerve center of Venetian commerce with numerous shops, supermarkets, small grocer’s and patisserie shops, typical taverns and restaurants. Within a radius of a few hundred meters from the apartments, you can visit the prestigious churches of the Cannaregio district: Madonna dell`Orto and San Girolamo, the Venice Ghetto, as well as Palazzo Calergi Vendramin, the home of the famous, elegant Venice Casino. You can easily reach Piazza San Marco by vaporetto (or water bus) or by foot, in just over twenty minutes. Larger groups can book both apartments together.

GROUND FLOOR: the apartment is accessed by means of an independent entrance. There is an open plan area with living room containing a double sofa bed and TV, a dining area and modern kitchenette with oven and freezer. A Venetian style wardrobe separates the daytime area from the double bedroom. Modern bathroom with shower. No air conditioning.
Bed and bath linen: One set of bed and bath linen per week included in the price.
Final cleaning: 60 EUROS
