Villa Candia is situated on the coast of Versilia, just 4 Km from the center of Forte dei Marmi, in the middle of a splendid ancient pinewood. The villa is around 500 m from the sea and beach, and 800 m from the small town of Ronchi, where it is possible to find every type of store. It is surrounded by an enclosed garden (approx. 1,500 sq. meters) with a private swimming pool (11 x 5 m), areas for relaxing, a barbecue and an outside dining area with tables seating up to 12.
The villa is within easy reach of a golf course, tennis courts, riding center, sailing school and a number of excellent restaurants where it is possible to sample the local cuisine.
Villa Candia offers numerous additional facilities: air conditioning in all the rooms, satellite TV, CD and DVD player, Wi Fi Internet, washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer and safe, as well as an internal private parking area for up to 6 cars.
The whole area around Ronchi, is extremely quiet and peaceful, and is surrounded by greenery. The beach, which features bathing establishments, is very large and suitable for children.
Fun-seekers only have to go as far as neighboring Forte dei Marmi to be able to enjoy its historical clubs, haute couture fashion stores and internationally famous restaurants.
The local market, held on Wednesday and Sunday mornings, is also very interesting, and it is possible to find all kinds of clothing at bargain prices.
