Bellini occupies a stunning and unique position on Lake Como. By virtue of its
placement and its design, this cozy residence enjoys a clear and
direct view of Lake Como. To add to the experience, its gardens are felt
to be some of the most carefully cultivated and beautiful on the lake.
Bellini is a structure of 450 square
meters (4900 square feet) made of Moltrasio stone and wood. It sits in a
private,
gently landscaped area on the estate of a sprawling and historic lake villa.

There are gardens on two levels, situated to enjoy the lake's enduring presence.
The villa was designed to view the lake and is appointed with classic antiques and elegant Italian designer
furniture. Four of the bedrooms have en suite baths.
The kitchen is very well equipped, large, modern and spacious. It is richly
provided with all of the amenities that a modern kitchen will require.
In addition, the villa offers cable TV, mobile and land-line phones, and a
computer with Internet connection. In the main sitting room, there is a stereo
sound system. The villa also offers two lovely fireplaces--one in the sitting
room that looks over the lake, and the other in one of the bedrooms.
The villa has air conditioning on the main floor, which is the first floor.
The ground floor remains cool and fans are available. The house features 3
European king sized beds, 1 European queen sized bed, 1 set of twin beds and 1
single bed.
The spacious living room is modern and comfortable and tastefully furnished with
white sofas, a fireplace and gorgeous lake view. The dining room has a table
for 10 guests and direct access to the kitchen. The master bedroom has a
beautiful lake view and en suite bathroom.
Guests will enjoy fresh flowers from the cutting and rose gardens.
There is also a large vegetable garden and orchard, which enables guests to
enjoy fresh fruit and vegetables during their stay.
The beautiful swimming terrace is graced with lemon and olive trees. The lake
views are stunning from here, which is the most comforting part of the garden.
Overlook the swimming pool is Sant'Agata's bell tower from the twelfth century.
There is also a beautiful 200 year old greenhouse on the terrace.
The villa property ends at the lake shore, where there is a pleasant dock area.
The dock itself is encased in antique Moltrasio stone, both on the walls and on
the steps leading to the water. The dock area is filled with roses, creeping
jasmine and oleander.
First floor
