A beautiful villa situated in one of the most charming seaside villages on the Apulian coast, near Ostuni. During the high season, the village offers all the main services such as restaurants, food stores, emergency medical assistance, etc.
The house is on two levels: a ground floor where the rooms open onto two furnished patios and the garden, and another floor below that is perfectly ventilated thanks to the automated forced ventilation system. The furnishings, amenities and fittings are all excellent. Air conditioning in every room. Wi-Fi internet connection.
Outside there is a splendid furnished terrace with benches and cushions, and a beautiful irregularly shaped swimming pool (approx. 6 X 11.5 m, max. depth 3 meters). Next to the swimming pool is a whirlpool tub which can accommodate up 8 people. The water in the swimming pool and whirlpool bath is cleaned using a salt-based chlorine-free process. Double outdoor shower. Open air oven with barbecue and pizza oven. Outdoor shower and room with washing machine.
2 cars can be parked inside the property. A third car can be parked outside, opposite the driveway to the villa.
Maintenance work is carried out twice a week on the swimming pool and garden.
The sea is around 200 meters away and can be reached by foot. In addition to the splendid public beach, there is also a fully-equipped private beach facility which is open from July until the first week of September where it is possible to book sun umbrellas and deck chairs (subject to availability).
All the most interesting Apulian tourist destinations are within easy reach of the villa. In fact, Lecce and Bari are just 75 Km away, the famous “trullos” of Alberobello and Val d`Itria: 35 km. Brindisi airport is approximately 20 minutes away by car.

large living room with satellite TV/ SKY and stereo system, adjacent dining area, kitchen with oven, hob with 4 electric hotplates, microwave, freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine; 2 double bedrooms with bathroom and shower, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower. The living room leads directly onto the front and rear patios, both of which are furnished.
LOWER FLOOR:
the lower floor can be accessed via an indoor as well as an outdoor staircase. Large living room/games room with double sofa-bed, ping pong table, satellite TV/ SKY and stereo system; 1 double bedroom with bathroom and shower, 1 single bedroom + truckle bed and bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with bunk beds and sofa bed with truckle bed, 1 bathroom with shower, laundry room with washing machine, store cupboard/larder with 2 refrigerators.

Paid on site in cash: Obligatory cleaning during the week: 2 hours a day, 5 days per week for a total of 100 Euros per week. Electricity consumption at a cost of € 0,50 / kw.
Bed and bath linen: One set of bed and bath linen per week included in the price.
Cots for babies under 2 yrs: Cot with bars available: free of charge.
