This delightful independent residence is situated inside the Casale degli Olivi property (see on our list), on the slopes of the hills that close the northern plain of Lucca (which is just 16 Km away), in a panoramic position surrounded by woods and olive-groves. The house has recently been renovated according to the same high standards used for the Casale using precious traditional Tuscan materials as well as antique furniture, fabrics and marble in the bathrooms which have whirlpool bathtubs, thus ensuring that the indoor areas are elegant, welcoming and very comfortable. The Casale is around twenty meters away. This small house has its own independent entrance and a garden on the eastern side that borders with the garden of the Frantoio del Casale apartment (they are separated by a laurel hedge). The garden includes a gazebo furnished with table and chairs for eating “al fresco”. There is another enclosed garden on the northern side which has a beautiful 6 x 12 meter swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests staying at Fiore degli Olivi, adding further value to this high quality property. Guests have a wireless internet connection and can use the shared laundry room at the Casale which has a washing machine and iron.

Other services included in the price: Cleaning during the week 1 hours, 2 times per week for a total of 2 hours per week. Cleaning of the house and bathroom linen change during the week (on Tuesday and Thursday). Cleaning of the house on Saturday for holidays of more than 1 week. Wireless Internet connection. Shared laundry room with use of the washing machine and iron. Firewood.
Paid on site in cash: Extra cleaning hours on request: €13/hour. Preparation of breakfast, lunch and dinner on request, to be booked in advance (the cost depends on the number of people and the menu). Laundry service (Monday and Thursday).
