GROUND FLOOR: large living room with fireplace and billiard table, dining area with access to panoramic terrace with table for eating “al fresco”; kitchen with wood-burning oven, dishwasher and box-room with refrigerator and freezer, access to panoramic terrace. 1 twin bedroom with bathroom and shower opening directly onto the living room and separated from the same by sliding panels.
FIRST FLOOR: 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. All the rooms on this floor have access to the terrace.
ANNEX: 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, laundry room with washing machine.
All the outdoor areas have a table for eating “al fresco”, deck chairs and an area for relaxing.
Paid on site in cash: Obligatory cleaning during the week: 4 hours a day, 5 days per week for a total of 260 Euros per week. AC according to consumption, € 0.40 per kwh
