Located in a commanding hillside position in the region surrounding Todi,
Casa Maria is a characteristic stone house that enjoys terrific views of the
Umbrian countryside. The rural vistas embrace three separate regions of Italy -
Umbria, Lazio and Tuscany.
The village of Grutti is within walking
distance (900m) of the house. Here you will find essential services and also the
prominent restaurant, Le Noci, where the locals come considerable distances to
dine on the excellent choice of fresh regional specialties.
Casa Maria is
an independent house with private pool (10mx5m - depth 1.4m), which is set in a very
panoramic position. The owners also live on the estate and can lend a helping
hand if needed. There are two separate entrances to the property, one for guests
of Casa Maria and one for the owners.
The villa has two porticos;
one is furnished for outdoor dining and and the other may used for covered
parking. There is also a covered terrace on the first floor, which is ideal for
relaxing and taking in the outstanding views.
The house is furnished in a
modern style.
In low season there is a special offer price for 2 persons
