The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road of approx. 2,6 km.
Distances: Moiano with general stores 3 km away, Chiusi (railway station) 6 km, Città della Pieve 10 km away, Castiglion del Lago 17 km, Siena 90 km away, Cortona 35 km, Rome 175 km away.
