Villa Colligiana is situated in the heart of Tuscany, on the green hills near the ancient spa town of Montecatini. Thanks to its strategic position, the villa is an ideal departure point for visits to the main art cities of Tuscany: Florence, Siena and Pisa can all be easily reached in less than one hour by car. The seaside and beaches of Versilia are also just a short journey away (40/50 minutes).
The villa is located in a splendid, panoramic position, immersed within a vast estate with distinctive terraces planted with olive-groves and vineyards to create a truly enchanting setting. There is a beautiful swimming pool (5 x 14 m) around 50 meters from the villa, for the exclusive use of the guests. The furnishings, some of which are period pieces, are of the highest quality. Excellent indoor fittings and amenities. The bedrooms are distinguished by different colors.
The lay of the land on which the villa is situated makes it possible to directly access the outdoor areas even from the kitchen on the first floor. In fact, convenient French doors lead directly into a garden furnished with table and chairs for eating “al fresco” .

Adjacent to the villa is an annex, with a separate entrance, where the caretaker lives.

FIRST FLOOR: living room with satellite TV and adjacent dining room; kitchen/dining room with side by side fridge/freezer and ice maker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, American coffee machine; the kitchen leads directly into the garden at the back of the villa which is furnished with table and chairs for eating “al fresco”; 1 double bedroom, bathroom with shower.
SECOND FLOOR: 3 double bedrooms, bathroom with shower; 1 twin bedroom (beds can be joined together), bathroom with shower.
