This splendid villa, an exquisite example of 1950s modern architecture, is situated on a gentle hill just a short distance away from the waters of Lake Como, in a dominant and panoramic position on the north-eastern coast of the lake. From the villa, and the surrounding park, it is possible to enjoy wonderful sweeping views of the lake and the neighboring mountains. The property is situated within a large, fully fenced plot of land (approximately 3 hectares).
The interiors of the villa – which is furnished in a modern style - are very bright and luminous thanks to the large, full-length windows. All the fittings and appliances are of very good quality. There is a large 60” satellite TV in the living room and TV sets in all the bedrooms. The beautiful, perfectly tended garden has a 3.5 x 7 meter swimming pool and a whirlpool bath for 6 people. There is also an area with a table and chairs for eating “al fresco”, as well as panoramic terraces and a Ping-Pong table.
A footpath (approx. 500 meters) leads to the lake. Around 5 km away is the Colico marina where guests can hire boats or wind-surfing and canoeing equipment. The area has a number of nature paths and is ideal for excursions by foot or on mountain bikes.

FIRST FLOOR: 1 double bedroom with satellite TV and direct access to the furnished terrace and to the bathroom with bathtub, this bathroom can also be accessed from the adjoining twin bedroom with satellite TV (beds can be joined together); 1 twin bedroom with satellite TV; 1 twin bedroom with satellite TV and bathroom (no shower); 1 bathroom with shower.
Other services included in the price: Clean towels provided on Wednesdays. Villa cleaned for 3 hours on Wednesdays. € 50 bonus for central heating. After the first € 50 has been used, central heating to be paid for according to consumption.
Paid on site in cash: Cleaning of villa: € 18 per hour.
Bed and bath linen: One set of bed and bath linen per week included in the price.
