This lovely apartment is located in the San Marco area, at walking distance from one of the city’s most beautiful and evocative sites, Campo Santa Maria Formosa.
The apartment is on the second floor of a small building, and has recently been renovated to the highest standard by the current landlord. It is fully equipped, with furniture covering all needs. Ideally situated in a very strategic and central part of the city, the house is within easy reach of all the most interesting places Venice abounds with. Just to give some examples, Piazza San Marco and the Rialto Bridge can be reached in 5 minutes; the Arsenal area, where the pavilions for the Venice Biennale are set up every year, are just at 10/15 minutes of pleasant walking. The area is also well served with food shops and shops of all kinds, as well as many typical pubs and restaurants.
Air conditioning in the living room, sufficient to refresh the whole aprtment when the room door is left open.
For organizational reasons, the check –out control of the house takes place in the afternoon before departure.
