The villa is situated in a splendid panoramic position in the area of ??Cava d`Ispica, overlooking a picturesque natural canyon, with no doubt one of the most fascinating sites and among the most important in Sicily for its natural and archaeological features. A unique and magic scenery set in a timeless peaceful environment. Here you will be able to admire and visit the cave settlements, the prehistoric burial sites, and different kinds of residential units that developed in ancient times along the canyon between Modica and Ispica.
The villa, originally the residence of sharecroppers, was recently renovated in full respect of local rural tradition. It consists of living areas with entrance from the courtyard and no internal connection with the rest of the house. There are 6 bedrooms, all with private bathroom and view overlooking the valley. One bedroom is equipped for the disabled.
Pleasant and panoramic outdoor garden / equipped solarium with a swimming pool of 4,5X8 mt. It `also a hot tub available for a fee. Wi-Fi inside the house and in the exteriors.
It is possible, on request, to visit the Archaeological Park of Cava d` Ispica and organize guided tours in the Quarry with expert local guides.
The nearest food store is at 6 km distance, and the village of Modica, with all kinds of shops at 11 km. The baroque towns of Noto and Scicli are respectively at a distance of 19 km and 35 km, and Syracuse of 70 km.
The airports of Comiso and Catania are respectively at 42 km and 115 km of distance.
The sea and the beaches of Pozzallo, Marina di Modica and Sampieri, can be reached by car in a 20-minute drive.

FIRST FLOOR: 4 double bedrooms (with beds convertible into twin beds), of which 2 equipped with a third single bed; 1 further double bedroom with bathroom with shower.
Paid on site in cash: Electricity consumption over the threshold of 200 kw per week - 0,35 €/kw.

Bed and bath linen: One set of bed and bath linen per week included in the price.
