a beautiful and comfortable modern villa in a peaceful wooded area outside the
Aurelian walls, only two
miles from Vatican City.
There is a large private garden area with
a swimming pool and the entire property is adorned with beautiful pine trees. By way of a
private daily shuttle service, you will be in the center of the Eternal City in
only minutes. At the end of your day of touring, you can return to the
tranquility of the villa for rest and relaxation.
The historic Villa Doria Pamphili, a 17th century villa set in
Rome's largest landscaped public park, is just across the street.
On
the ground floor of Roma Elegante, there is a bright and comfortable living area and a study which is
fully equipped for business including fax, computer
with printer/scanner and Internet access. The spectacular kitchen is rich
with modern appliances. On this floor there also is a bedroom
with its own bathroom with shower.
The upper floor includes four separate
bedrooms, each with private bathroom. Three of these bedrooms have a
private terrace overlooking the garden.
On the lower recreation floor
there is vintage pool table, TV lounge, fireplace, a fitness area with Techno
gym machines and a separate fully equipped laundry room.
The villa also has a little tower
with private solarium which has a view of the garden and pool.
Each
bedroom in the villa has a private safe (laptop size) and each bathroom includes
hair dryers. WiFi access is available throughout the villa.
The villa can be rented for a three night minimum.
