Casa Fabbri is a classic Tuscan cottage that has been kept in a
characteristic style that maintains its rustic origins while adding
modern comforts.
Casa Fabbri books only on a Friday to Friday basis.
It sits alone on an olive grove on the edge of the 'Montagnola Senese',
a beautiful hilly area to the west of Siena, beside the 'Holy Woods'
that were the quiet refuge of Cardinal Flavio Chigi, who spent much
time there in quiet contemplation. The house has its own private
entrance to the woods, which has famous statues by sculptor Giuseppe
Mazzuoli.
Following a recent renovation, the property now includes 3 double
bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. It also has a swimming pool
and a dining terrace with excellents views towards Monte Amiata to the
south.
The cottage is divided into two apartments, each with independent
entrance.
Apartment 1
Includes a kitchen with refrigerator, oven and dishwasher, dining
table, small living room, one double bedroom (bed size: 140cm wide)
with bathroom with shower and tub, one double bedroom (bed size: 150cm
wide) and bathroom with shower and tub.
Apartment 2
Includes a small living room with kitchenette, one double bedroom (bed
size: 150cm), one bathroom with tub.
Amenities include a private swimming pool (5.3m x 7.4m), dishwasher,
espresso machine, American coffee maker, toaster, washing machine,
tumble dryer and high speed WiFi Internet.
Price includes:
- Housekeeping in the morning six days per week (excludes Sunday)
- Electricity
- Water
- Bed and bath linens - changed weekly
- Pool towels - changed weekly
- Daily pool cleaning Monday to Friday
- Final cleaning
Supplemental costs:
- Heating paid on site if used: 150 Euros per week
- Extra cleaning on request and to be arranged locally is 15 Euros per
hour
Security deposit: 800 Euros, paid in cash on arrival
