Looking back at our week at Casa Giola, we have nothing but wonderful and fond memories. Joyce is a dream---beyond expectations in her hospitality, knowledge and resourcefulness---the perfect Concierge! Every detail regarding Casa Gioia was near perfection. The entire experience, from Jim's patient replies to all of my inquiries to Susan's follow up as we approached our date, to the actual stay----every step along the way was pleasant and professional. I would recommend Casa Gioia to anyone---not just for the well appointed comforts and amenities and convenient, accessible location---but for the gracious warmth of Joyce and her wonderful people who surround and tend to this very special place.
