Our stay in Sovrana was great. The flat was very clean and well equipped and we simply loved the terraces. The owners were friendly and helpful and made our us feel at home. The description and pictures of our Italian villa and Praiano were accurate. We thoroughly enjoyed our week on the Amalfi coast. Anna and Luigi were kind and helpful with ideas on how we could get the most out of the area. As I expected from the last time working with you, Jim, your customer service was excellent. I appreciated your assistance in finding just the right villa that matched our "wish" list, helping us find a driver to travel from Naples to Praiano, and sending us plenty of information about things to do. No complaints at all and I was surprised to see that you gave us a discount for being returning customers. Thank you! Sincerely, Betsy A. 06/2012 We had a wonderful time at La Sovrana. Anna and Luigi were exceptionally nice to us and the accommodation exceed our expectations. We had beautiful weather during our stay which meant that we had lots of opportunity to use the large terrace with its spectacular view of the Bay of Salerno. What we particularly love about Praiano was that it is quiet in comparison to Positano and Amalfi but was within easy reach, by bus or ferry, to all the towns along the coast including Sorrento and Capri. La Sovrana is perched at the top of the village which meant beautiful views but also meant some pretty demanding climbing. Going down was easy but going up required some degree of fitness. For us though it was well worth the exercise. We loved our holiday stay at La Sovrana and would highly recommend it. Jim and Susan, you were great. You responded to my questions on a timely basis, provided all the information I needed to choose the right villa and made all the arrangements necessary to make the whole experience worry free. A special thanks for arranging our pick up at Naples airport . the driver who met us, Tatiana, was very pleasant and John-Franco was a very knowledgeable tour guide on our drive back to Naples train station.
