We had a fabulous Italian vacation! The villa was perfect. We were able to get to Florence very easily via car or bus and the location allowed us to travel to so many other nearby cities and towns. Our host was so helpful and pleasant. Thank you for all of your efforts in getting us situated in Impruneta. The only difficulty for us was contacting our host upon arrival. We did not have cell phone access so we could not reach her. I am not sure how this could be simplified. I hope to return to Italy and will definitely book through you in the future! Betsy August 2013
